Very nice dependance with private pool on the slopes of the Castelli Romani (Rome 20 km). This small holiday home is the outbuilding of a manor villa in which the owner lives. The accommodation is furnished with attention to detail and has original designer furniture. The open-plan area divides the bedrooms with sliding doors. The sanitary ceramics are hand-painted while the beds are by French decorators and enriched with light effects for colour therapy. From the large glass French doors you have direct access to the saltwater pool, which is for your exclusive use. The property is surrounded by the lush and renowned vineyards where Frascati Doc is produced and there are numerous opportunities to take part in tasting tours all around. Nearby Frascati (6 km) is famous not only for its good wine but also for its historic villas. You can also visit the beautiful Castel Gandolfo (15 km) with its papal villas and the Pope's summer residence. The metro line C stop, which leads to the centre of Rome, is 3 km away. Further distances: Tivoli 20 km, Latina 60 km and Nemi 20 km.
