Nice recently renovated country house which keeps the charme of the ancient Cilento buildings. The interior has a tasteful décor and good quality furniture. Hillside location offering a nice panorama, the property location guarantees a proper privacy for a perfect holiday. Few chilometres away can be reached the most renowed beaches such as Acciaroli and Santa Maria di Castellabate which besides the sea offers a charming historical centre under the Unesco heritage. The last 200 metres leading to the house are uphill however feasible (see photos). The house IKC331 which are just 2 km away.

    “Das Haus ist äußerst sauber, gut ausgestattet, die Lage wunderbar ruhig und mit schönem Blick. Viele Sitzplätze bieten sich auf dem Gelände zum Draußensitzen an. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht, dass alles passt.”

    “Tolles Ferienhaus inmitten eines Olivenhains, sehr gut ausgestattet mit wirklich allem, was man im Urlaub braucht. Riesiges Gelände zur alleinigen Nutzung mit Spielplatz, riesiger Terasse, Außendusche, diversen Liegen, Pizzaofen, Grill u.s.w..
    Der Rundblick über die Berge bis zum Meer ist gigantisch! Direkt gegenüber liegt der kleine Ort Montecorice, wo man einen guten Cappuccino und auch alles an Grundnahrungsmitteln in einer Bar bei sehr freundlichen Menschen kaufen kann.
    Einzig die Verständigung mit dem zwar sehr netten, aber ausschließlich italienisch sprechenden Verwalter war etwas kompliziert.
    WLAN bekamen wir nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage 2x für wenige Stunden- für 6 Personen mit Handy und Tablet sind 2 oder 4 GB recht schnell verbraucht.Hier geht unsere Bitte an den Anbieter, den Hinweis auf freies WLAN zubkorrigieren.
    Wer allerdings ca. 10 km in Richtung Autostrada fährt, findet tolle Strände und neben einem kleinen Park mit Spielplatz freies WLAN unbegrenzt....
    Wir haben einige schwere Gewitter (Oktober) erlebt- und waren sehr froh, das bei kurzem Stromausfall nachts in allen Räumen die Notbeleuchtung anging!
    Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Zufahrt- asphaltiert, aber ca. 300 m mit einer Steigung von mehr als 45%...
    Trotzdem- es war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube in Italien!!!”
