The private swimming pool is huge to enjoy it during your holidays. The large outdoor covered sitting and resting area is just one of the highlights of this beautiful exclusive villa. Together with the barbecue area invites to unforgettable barbecue events and great dinners with friends and family. From the pool you can enjoy a view of the neighboring treetops and the silhouette of the mountains of the Tramuntana Mountains, world heritage since 2011.
A private entrance leads directly to the covered parking of the villa with the main entrance at the front of the house. Two cars can easily be parked here.

The stylish and exclusively furnished living room is an open space with dining area and has a comfortable sitting area, a flat screen TV, a charming space and a dining table. The independent, luxury stone made and modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area is spacious and offers all the comforts for a relaxing stay and culinary experiences.
The decoration of the bedrooms and the bathroom is a perfect blend of modern and Mediterranean style, with the elegance of a high quality property.
Two bedrooms with plenty of storage space and air conditioning are on the ground floor, one with double beds and a bedroom with two single beds. On the second floor there is another bedroom with double bed, bath en suite and a lovely terrace.T he first bedroom with double bed has its own en suite bathroom with a spacious modern bathtub. There is also a bathroom in the corridor of the two other bedrooms.
All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.
In Pollensa you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.
Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.
In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
