The house Rösslhof is situated in wonderful position near the wood, between two bath lakes which are situated approx. 3 km of each other. The house is equipped very cosy and offers every comfort for a pleasant and restful vacation. To the village centre of Goldegg only 1.5 km where you find all facilities like food stores, restaurants, cafes. From the hut, you have a wonderful view to the Gasteiner Bergmassif and the Bärenkogel.

Summer
In summer hiking directly from the house. Swimming in the bath lakes Goldegger Moorsee and Böndlsee, tennis, golf, Mountainbiking in the region. For lovers of culture the castle Goldegg is an ideal destination. Cities S.t Johann im Pongau (9 km) or Schwarzach St. Veit (4,5 km), city of Salzburg 70 km. For adventurers the Liechtenstein gorge, the castle Hohenwerfen, the ice giant world or the Großglockner.

    “Es handelt sich bei dem Objekt um ein nicht mehr betriebenes Gasthaus, welches augenscheinlich in den 60iger oder 70iger Jahren errichtet wurde und entsprechend nicht ganz neu ist. Positiv zu werten ist, dass die Unterkunft für große Gruppen bis 24 Personen ausreichend Platz bietet und die Ausstattung der Aufenthaltsbereiche inkl. Küche für Gastronomie ausgestattet ist.

    Aber ausgerechnet bei Gruppenreisen kann es zu einer höheren Geräuschkulisse kommen, welche aber ein großes Problem darstellen, da der Besitzer und Nachbarschaft zerstritten sind und die Nachbarn sehr schnell mit Beschwerden und dem Rufen der Polizei sind. Nach 22 Uhr ist der Aufenthalt im Freien untersagt und auch beim Aufenthalt im Haus kann es schnell zu Beschwerden der Nachbarn kommen.
