Part of a semi-detached house with private outdoor area in hilly panoramic position (320 m a.s.l.), located in the small village of Bargana, above Massa, in a green environment and near the small village church. The road from the parking lot to the entrance of the house is passable only by small cars (about 50 m). From the house and the property you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the wooded hills of the surrounding area. The property has a private outdoor area with separate entrance, fenced, partly lawned, trees and terraced, with panoramic sea views, equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and umbrella. Also present is a partially paved area next to the house equipped with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue for outdoor meals. In the surrounding area possibility of hiking, trekking or horseback riding (riding stable at 1 km). You can buy wines from the house owner.
