Above the enchanting Kvarner Bay, in the hinterland of Opatija, is located this beautiful double semi-detached holiday house. It extends over 3 floors. On the ground floor is a rustic furnished stone tavern, with a separate outside entrance. The 1st and 2nd floor are connected by an internal connection and there is a living room with a kitchen, a toilet, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The practical bathroom has a seperated "walk in shower" and a bathtub. The house is cozy and modern equipped and offer you the comfort you need for a pleasant holiday. There are two terraces such a barbecue available. The house is ideal for nature lovers. With prior agreement with the owner, there is the possibility of a tasting of local wines or grape harvest in late summer / autumn. By car you can quickly reach the beaches and coves of the Opatija Riviera or take walks along the 12 km long seaside promenade “Lungo Mare”.
