Apartment in L'escala with Common Pool

At 3 minutes from the beach of Riells and in front of the port and the Nautical Club, Costabravaforrent Balcó 3 is located in the fishing village of L'Escala.




Beautiful seafront apartment located in a quality marine environment, between the Riells Beach and the Yacht Club, offers views over the sea and the Marina.

For up to 6 people, at 150 meters from beach, It offers two community pools, one for kids and another for adults, private parking space, lift, Internet WIFI and air conditioning.

Newly built apartment (2005), in the first floor, with exterior aspects and plenty of sun, in a three-floor building. The apartment size is 90 m² for up to 6 people. It consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

It consist of a hallway, kitchen, two bedrooms, a complete bathrooms with bath, the dining room and the living room with access to the terrace (6 m²), and a suite with a complete bathroom with bath and access to the terrace.

The suite feature a king bed and the other two bedrooms 1 bunkbed and 2 single beds respectively.





In front of the apartment is the Yacht Club of L'Escala where you can contract all kinds of water sports (windsurf, light sailing courses, paddle surfing, kayaking, water ski, boating, etc.). There is also the diving company Orca Diving who will open the doors of the Mediterranean seabed.
