This beautifully furnished vacation home is located in the small and beautiful village of Pinezi?i, on the golden island of Krk. It is surrounded by other privately used residential houses and is situated on a plot with an outdoor pool, sunbathing lawn, barbecue area as well as a large covered terrace intended for the warm summer days. The house on a slope, to the entrance on the first floor there are a few steps, consists of a spacious kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower floor. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with kitchen. Both floors have the balcony, or terrace partially placed under the roof. Explore the rich history and cultural heritage of this interesting island. Activities include wakeboarding in Punat, a water ski lift, jet skiing or karting. You can also enjoy leisurely walks along the beautiful promenades, explore the numerous hiking and biking trails, visit Vrbnik or the beautiful island of Ko?ljun and taste the rich and excellent gastronomic offer and always a good local drop of wine. In the basement you will find the 5th bedroom and a spacious bathroom with whirlpool and sauna.
