This beautiful holiday house with pool lies idyllically surrounded by greenery and away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. It consists of two floors where on the ground floor a kitchen with dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom are . Interior stairs are leading to the upper floor in which are a gallery, a bathroom and a bedroom. The bedroom on the upper floor is separated by a curtain from the living area. In front of the house is a large terrace with heated swimming pool and the garden around the house is fenced. The pool contains salt water, no chlorine, and has a shallow part for childeren. In the immediate vicinity there is a small meadow with slide and swings for children. To the holiday house leads an approx. 1.8 km-long gravel road through the forest. On the neighboring property is a stable where livestock such as sheep, chickens and donkeys are kept. The village consists of few houses and is ideal for a relaxing holiday in a rural environment. Visit the town of Opatija, which offers a variety of different leisure activities during the summer months.
