Typical country house divided into 5 apartments and a barn, in hilly position south of Perugia and Lake Trasimeno.
The house is furnished in a pleasant decor with some antiques. In the living and dining room with double sofa bed and access to the large covered and equipped terrace (45 m2), there is SAT TV. The kitchen with oven is well equipped. Also in the apartment there is 1 double room with bath and shower, 1 twin room and 1 bathroom with shower.
It is located in a particularly quiet area with a very interesting landscape. From the house you have a beautiful and far-reaching view of the hills. Several beautiful and secluded panoramic roads will lead you to the interesting historical centers of Montefalco, Bevagna, Trevi and the particular Clitunno springs. For your common use there is a large green area with garden furniture and swimming pool. The house has the ideal position for walks in the beautiful nature. A gravel road of about 500 meters leads to the house.
