The villa offers three terraces, a brick barbecue and a garden shower facing the sea. All rooms, both indoors and outdoors, overlook the Cove.

This villa, built in the 1980s, has two descending floors. The house is below street level. To access the level of the house is necessary to go downstairs through the garden of the property.
