This beautiful holiday home with private pool is located about 1.5 km from Petriolo, a small characteristic town in the province of Macerata near the famous "Abbey of Fiastra". The property is surrounded by greenery and offers the perfect solution for a relaxing and peaceful holiday to recharge your batteries and discover the beautiful nature and culture of this region. The location of the house, surrounded by organically farmed land with centuries-old olive trees, gives you the opportunity to travel both to the Adriatic Sea, 29 km away, and to the Sibillini Mountains, 38 km away. The Marche region does indeed offer a variety of different excursions. Which do you prefer? The sea or the mountains? The city of art or the archaeological park? The historic villages or the Renaissance churches? This is certainly not easy to decide, but don't worry, because every day trip will give you an unforgettable memory of this wonderful country, no matter what you end up seeing. The holiday property is a former farmhouse from the end of the 18th century that has retained its traditional style. It offers 4 cosy bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. Next to the main house there is an outbuilding with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. In the well-kept, fenced garden you can enjoy your meals outdoors, take a relaxing dip in the beautiful pool or read a cosy book. The landlords speak English, French and German. They are very friendly and helpful and would be delighted to help you get back to nature during your stay. They will also be happy to give you valuable tips on tasting the local specialities, from simple to fine dining, and discovering the traditions of the area. If you like shopping, there is a famous shoe outlet in Motecosaro. The holiday home is an ideal accommodation for those who want to spend a nice holiday in Italy, discovering and getting to know the traditions, hospitality and quality of this region! On request and against payment on site, the owner can organise the following activities: Dinner with typical products of the region; mini cooking course with final dinner based on the specialities prepared; excursion to the sea or the mountains with guide and final picnic with typical products.
