The Peral Cas Concos is a two-storey terraced house with lots of natural light, located in a row with two other new buildings. It has been tastefully and charmingly furnished, with subtle splashes of colour and cheeky ideas. The entrance area leads to an open living and dining room, equipped with a 65" satellite TV plus sound system. From here there is direct access to the pool area. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped and has a pantry. Direct access to the pool area and to a household area with washing machine. There is also a bedroom with a separate shower room on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the first floor. From here you can access a large terrace. The ideal place to read your favourite book in seclusion or to take a private sunbath. On the upper floor there are also two more double rooms with wall-mounted fire TV. Both rooms also have their own bathroom with bathtub including shower attachment.
The outside area, a large terrace, is tiled and fenced. To the delight of holidaymakers, there is a pool here, which offers pleasant refreshment on hot summer days. A gazebo that shades the outdoor dining area and a brick outdoor grill complete the offer. Sun loungers are available by the pool and on the terrace on the upper floor.

All bedrooms have cold/warm air conditioning with set usage times.

    “Das Haus ist groß, sauber, alles vorhanden, der Pool absolut ausreichend. Die Lage ist grundsätzlich perfekt. Die Hauptstraße ist wirklich bisschen laut, hauptsächlich nachts. Und Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern wäre total wichtig! Bäcker, Restaurants alles fußläufig zu erreichen und empfehlenswert. Ich werde wiederkommen!”

    “Das Haus ist wirklich so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und Geschirr und Besteck langen auch für 8 Personen. Die Zimmer sind auch alle sehr schön und die Betten wahren bequem . Es befanden sich sogar Badetücher für den Strand in jedem Schrank. Die Eigentümerin kam sogar vorbei und brachte neue Handtücher und machte Pool und Bäder sauber. Sehr nett war auch das Sie am zweiten Tag eine Kiste mit Lego und Playmobil vorbei brachte, was natürlich super bei meinem Sohn ankam ; ) Der Kontakt wahr wirklich nett und man merkt das sich um das Haus gekümmert wird .”
