Apartment in Opatija with Mediterranean Garden

This holiday apartment with a balcony and garden is in an apartment building with a garden in the centre of a popular fishing village, almost right by the sea. The village is in the north-east of Istria in Kvarner Bay.

The balcony facing south-east allows you to enjoy your coffee outdoors in the fresh air in the mornings. The rear courtyard has a dining area, surrounded by an array of plants in the Mediterranean garden. A local parking ticket is included in the rental price.

The apartment with 65m² of living space is on the first floor. It has two bedrooms each with a generous double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two further people and an integrated kitchen with a dining table, and a shower bathroom. The apartment has its own separate entrance. The two double beds measuring 180 x 200cm provide a comfortable night’s sleep. There is a bedside table with a reading lamp on either side of the beds. The paintings on the wall over the bed evoke the artistic tradition of the village. The living and dining room has a sofa suite, where you can relax in the evening, which can also be converted into a sofa bed measuring 150 x 200cm for a fifth and sixth person. In front of the sofa there is a dining table for up to six people to enjoy meals together. The integrated kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, two-zone hob and coffee machine. The shower room has a semicircular shower cubicle, a washbasin, a cupboard with a mirror and a WC. There is air conditioning in all the rooms and a washing machine and wireless Internet access are also available. So even on holiday you can be contacted, add the finishing touches to your holiday planning, or send your holiday greetings or photos directly to friends and family.

Right next door there are a grocery shop, a bakery and a post office. The sea is 100 metres away. A painting competition is held every year at the harbour. You can also go on long strolls along the Lungomare seafront promenade.

    “Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und wuerden die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen für Gäste die gerne unter Eincheimischen ihr Urlaub verbringen wollen. Positiv: Die Lage war ausgezeichnet,
    die Vermieterin war sehr nett, hat uns wertvolle Tipps bezüglich Restaurants gegeben.
    Der bezahlte Parkplatz war inklusive und die Vermieterin hat uns zu geigneten Parkplätzen persönlich hinbegleitet.
    Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet und alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Restaurant: Konoba Vale Losco in Volosko - Regionale Produkte werden liebevoll zubereitet.
