The heating is not available in the property. Set in the grounds of the farming estate of 24 ha. Private angling lake, 500 m. The original construction has been retained in both houses. Wine tasting and cookery lessons on request. 12 bottles of Chianti Classico offered by the owner with a minimum 4 week stay. Cosy, simple farmhouse "Le Bonatte". 1.5 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti, 39 km from the centre of Siena, 56 km from the centre of Firenze, located by a road. For shared use: natural garden, swimming pool fenced (5 x 9 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 28.May. - 10.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue.     “Ein mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Haus für 3 - 4 Personen mit 2 Badezimmern unterhalb von Radda. Schwimmbad zur Mitbenutzung am Haupthaus, Sonnenliegen. Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen, absolute Ruhe. Das Anwesen ist gut gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieterin, die mit Ihrem Mann auf dem Grundstück lebt, kümmert sich rührend um Ihre Gäste. Der Mietpreis ist angemessen.”
