Our B&B and appartmenthouse are situated on a sunny, southside hill right at the beginning of Millstatt and are surrounded by a large 13.000 square meters garden.
In a few minutes you can walk along the lakeside into the city centre, the supermarket, the tennis courts or the boat rental (surf and sailing school).
We offer a small private beach with a floating island.
In our garden there are a playground with sandpit and trampolin, a table tennis, comfy sun beds, sunsheds and barbecue facilities.
In the house you can use a washing machine and a tumbler.
Free WIFI also in the rooms and appartements.
