The balcony is furnished with four chairs and a dining table and so invites you to enjoy meals together outdoors. You can share use of the large garden with a big lawn, a pond, trees and a children’s playground. There is a hobby room with a table tennis table, pool table, table football and darts. With the exception of the free table tennis table (balls and bats available in the apartment), the others are coin-operated. For an active holiday, you can use the fitness room on request at a supplementary charge. A ski storage and bicycle storage room are available. The laundry room has a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. You can park your car securely in the underground garage. From now on, you can relax active days in the sauna (for a fee). For the little ones there is a toddler playroom with a table and chairs for accompanying persons. The pizzeria in the building is also reopened and is accessible through the house, so without going outside.

Let the lift take you conveniently from the underground garage to the first floor to your two-room apartment with 47m² of living space. The comfortably furnished apartment with a balcony welcomes up to four people. The bedroom has a double bed with two separate mattresses (each 90 x 190cm), with bedside tables and wall-mounted reading lamps on either side. There is a wardrobe with a mirror element for storing your luggage. The room has ample space to set up a cot, which is available free of charge. The centrepiece of the apartment is the living room with an adjoining open kitchen and an integrated dining space. After a day trip you can sit in the living room on two pull-out sofa beds, that can be used as a bed (150 x 203cm) for a third and fourth guest. Two armchairs provide further comfortable seating. The flatscreen TV with satellite channels provides entertainment in the evening. The open kitchen enables practical self-catering with a ceramic hob (two rings and an additional surface), a fridge with a freezer compartment, a filter and a capsule coffee machine, a kettle, microwave and cooking utensils. The bathroom was refurbished in November 2014 and is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with an illuminated cupboard and mirror and a WC. All the flooring was replaced and underfloor heating was added in the bathroom and corridor. There is a free wireless Internet connection. The bedroom and the living room provide access to the balcony through an external door that allows plenty of daylight in.

Shops and grocery shops, cafes and restaurants await you in the area. The centre is only 400 metres away. A bakery 600 metres away offers warm bread rolls in the morning. Owing to the bus stop 200 metres away and the train station 400 metres away, it is easy to arrive by public transport. There is a sailing school 800 metres away. Tennis players can look forward to a tennis hall 200 metres away. Hiking trails into the nearby forest and picturesque nature of the Black Forest start practically from the doorstep 100 metres away. The ski lift is 2km away, a sledging piste 150 metres away and a cross-country trail 200 metres away. Nearby places of interest include the Rothaus brewery (10km), the Schwarzwaldhaus “Hüsli” the same distance away, Dom St. Blasien (15km). Well-known ski resorts are also within easy access, such as the Feldberg 10km away and Todtnauberg 20km away. The same applies for well-known lakes in the area such as Schluchsee (500 metres) or Titisee (25km). It is 300 metres to the Hochschwarzwald leisure park, especially for children.
