Cosy mezzanine holiday house with a private roof terrace and a communal swimming pool, close to the beach
This comfortable holiday house is close to the beach, ( about 280 m ) in a tranquil setting along a not-often used road in the village of Paralio Astros.
Upstairs you can enjoy the sun on your private roof terrace. The outdoor space downstairs is equipped with garden furniture, also has garden loungers. The property has a communal garden of 4000 m away from big roads, therefore suitable for children. The swimming pool in the centre of the complex is for the communal use of our guests.
The house is split-level: The ground level is about 25 m² in size and has 2 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area. Upstairs on the mezzanine level there is a 15 m² sleeping area with 1 single bed and one double bed with a flatscreen TV.
The beach is about 280 meters away. The beach is accessible directly via a path on foot and if you choose to use your car you will drive 1500 meters. The town center is approximately 1500 meters away. The restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 800 meters away.
Please note that the holiday home has not a separate room for the couple. The ground floor and the attic separated by an indoor balcony. In ground floor we can seperate the 2 single beds with curtain if you need some privacy on request.
